As Director of Integrated Asset Management at Halliburton Energy Services, he drives innovation and performance across global asset portfolios. Since 2019, Richard has been at the forefront of shaping strategies that optimize efficiency and create lasting value.
Throughout his career, Richard has held key leadership roles at industry giants Shell Oil Company, ConocoPhillips, and ARCO. From managing oil and gas assets across the U.S. and internationally to spearheading deepwater engineering projects in the Gulf of Mexico, he has consistently delivered results. His ability to integrate operations, execute capital projects, and lead high-performing teams has positioned him as a trusted expert in the field.

Gregg Lee has a long, proven track record within entrepreneurial, middle-market sports & recreational companies where growth, nimbleness, and innovation are at their core. In those roles, Gregg was hands on, solving many unique and challenging business issues that improved profits, reduced risk and helped those companies grow.
His background is broad, encompassing operations, global sourcing, accounting & finance, sales, customer service, legal, intellectual property, product development & HR. Gregg has held the positions of CEO, COO and CFO.
As Principal of Strategic Leadership Advisors, Gregg uses his experience and expertise to help companies innovate and improve, as well as help develop C-suite leaders.
Gregg earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He spent 5 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers before embarking on a career in private industry.

Bill Sanders has established himself as a pioneer in the world of athlete marketing and personal brand management. His creative problem solving and innovative deal structures continue to serve current iconic clients; including Clayton Kershaw, Kerri Walsh Jennings, Christian Yelich, Austin Riley, Aaron Nola, Chris Taylor, and Brooke Nuneviller among many others. His work in the early 2000’s with icons such as Yao Ming and Steve Nash in many ways helped set the standard for athlete marketing.
Bill served as Chief Marketing Officer at BDA Sports Management, where notable clients included Yao Ming, Steve Nash, and Carmelo Anthony, and as SVP of Marketing at Excel Sports Management, where notable clients included Blake Griffin, Danica Patrick, Derek Jeter, Kevin Love and CJ McCollum. Bill earned his MBA at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, where he serves as an adjunct professor of sports marketing.

Dr. Ryan McLean has fluidly moved from academics through industry and into entrepreneurship as a founder of a venture backed startup. He excels at guiding teams to advance and deploy technology.
Ryan earned his doctorate in astrophysics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his Masters in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and BS in Electrical Engineering at UC Berkeley.
Ryan has worked on multiple spaceflight missions with an expertise in optics and detectors. He developed portable X-ray detectors for homeland security and licensed the technology from Caltech to a startup. He has also worked technology at scale in the consumer product goods sector where he helped bring hoverboards to the mass market.
Ryan continues to explore the overlap between business, technology and education in his current roles.
